Loyalty points
When you order at Weekly-Food, you will receive 2 loyalty points for every franc you spend. You can then use these points to benefit from discounts on your future orders.
100 loyalty points equals 1 CHF discount.
How do I use my points?
Your points balance can be found in the Points section of your Weekly Food account. You can then select the dishes you wish to order from the weekly menu and use your points at the end of the ordering process, before paying.
Donate your points
We avoid food waste as much as possible, but when we have unsold goods, we offer them to a small solidarity food distribution association in Chaux-de-Fonds(Partage Collectif).
In the same vein, we would like to give you the choice to use or donate your loyalty points.
To let us know that you would like your loyalty points to be converted into francs and donated every quarter to the associations we support, please use the form below.
