How does the return process work?
We include a La Poste return label in your package.
Simply drop off the package at a post office or request a pickup.
The price covers a portion of La Poste's return shipping costs. We are also doing our part to give packaging a second life and thereby reduce the environmental impact of delivering prepared meals.
Shipments made through La Poste are CO₂-offset.
