We deliver all over Switzerland through our partner Swiss Post.
The packages are entrusted to Swiss Post at the end of the day, usually on Monday, and sent quickly to your home.
You can choose the delivery day that suits you best. From Tuesday to Thursday.
You have the choice between a Priority delivery - before 17:00 or Express delivery before 09:00.
For more reliability, we recommend the Express delivery, or to try both.
If you are absent at the time of the delivery, your parcel will be deposited in the annexed compartment of the mailbox or in front of the door of the building.
Our boxes are designed to preserve the freshness of your dishes during at least 36 hours.
So don't worry, your food will stay fresh even if it has been waiting for your return.
Delivery is at the following rates:
Priority - before 5pm: CHF 11.00
Express - before 9am: CHF 21.00
Our packages are composed of an isothermal equipment as well as cold accumulators.
You can, if you wish, return the packages to us via Swiss Post - using the return label that we add in the box you receive.
When you place an order, we automatically add an item to your shopping cart. This is the return service, which is optional.
Here is theitem in question. The return is charged at CHF 5.85.
You can pick up the optional item - Return package if you do not want to send the package back to us and instead do the recycling yourself.
If you have a return label, simply present your package at a Post Office counter.
Whenever possible, we try to reuse the delivery material.
If you wish to avoid going to a post office counter to return the parcel to us, you can request that the parcel be picked up at your home.
To do so, please follow the instructions of the Post Office and the pick@home service.
You can order meals or coupons from anywhere in the world, as a gift for example, and choose to have them delivered to a loved one in Switzerland.
To do this, simply select the delivery address of your contact in Switzerland.
Sometimes, you will also have to choose this address in Switzerland for your contact information.
Under Order Note, at checkout, you can add any useful information.
