The idea for their small business came when they discovered the "slow life" philosophy when they moved to Switzerland and got closer to food through local markets.

Today, the team is made up of highly experienced and talented pastry chefs from Lake Geneva. Together, they have taken the company from a market stall to sales in over 5000 stores and beyond.
