I'm happy with my first order. The quality and quantity are there, and the meals are really tasty. The selection isn't very wide (we'll see how that goes over time), and the delivery fees are a bit of a turnoff (min. 13.-). I don’t think I’ll be ordering every week, but it’s really convenient to come home and just heat up a meal without having to cook! So overall, it’s been a pretty positive first experience for me.

The dishes are truly delicious, made with fresh ingredients and well-balanced flavors. You can really tell the quality and care that went into the cooking. The only downside: everything is served in a single compartment. A simple divider to keep the meat and sauce separate from the pasta would be nice.

Trays with compartments would be nice. That way, the foods wouldn't be piled on top of each other. Taste-wise, your

Well-presented, tasty meals delivered to senior centers and other facilities.
The staff is very helpful and accommodating.
I recommend ordering meals by 8 a.m. on Friday to have them delivered the following week.

Just like home. Simple, uncomplicated food. Decent portions (unlike others!). In my humble opinion, the best value for the money when it comes to CMS, home-delivered, or Meals on Wheels-style meals. There’s actually meat on the plates. The website could use a little work, but… who cares? Highly recommended.

I tried it out for the first time last week. I ordered three meals, and the delivery was on time; the customer service was very good and responsive! The food is very tasty, but I ordered the large portions to share with my husband. However, one of the meals had very few ingredients—just noodles, three mushrooms, and five small squares of chicken breast. I had to add extra ingredients myself; otherwise, we would have been eating nothing but noodles. I was disappointed by that because each meal costs almost 24 CHF when you include the delivery fee, which is pretty high. I was also surprised that they offer the option to return the packaging, but you have to buy a return label that costs almost as much as the smaller meals. I’ll order again to try new foods, so I hope this time the balance of ingredients will be better.

I've been a customer for about a year. This is a great food service, and customer support is very responsive. Delivery is always on time, and the food is always fresh and well-chilled, packaged in sustainable materials! You don't have to subscribe—you just need to order at least 3 meals.

A great find—they answered my questions quickly and clearly, and the shipping, packaging, cold storage, and delivery time were all perfect, and the order was correct. I haven't tried everything yet; it's in the freezer. The dishes look delicious, and the portions are just right. Thank you very much.

Weekly Food's meals are truly delicious. You can tell that the food is prepared with a lot of love and expertise. The menus are international and varied.
The delivery method is also ingenious: the food stays fresh for a week in the fridge!
The only downside: Of the 8 menus that change weekly, unfortunately only two are vegetarian!

We tried Weekly Food this week and really enjoyed it! The food was very tasty and the portions were good! Our package arrived a day late (due to the mail service), but Weekly Food's customer service team was very responsive and helpful! Even with the one-day delay, everything was fresh, and we enjoyed every meal—so we ordered again for next week!! Thank you for feeding us 😆☺️!

Delivery of prepared meals with Weekly Food
How does meal delivery work in Switzerland?
We ship throughout Switzerland via our partner, Swiss Post.
Packages are handed over to Swiss Post at the end of the day—usually on Monday—and shipped quickly to your home.
You can select the delivery day that works best for you. Tuesday through Thursday.
You can choose between Priority delivery—by 5:00 p.m.—or Express delivery—by 9:00 a.m.
For greater reliability, we recommend Express delivery, or trying both options.
If you’re not home at the time of delivery, your package will be left in the compartment next to your mailbox or in front of your building’s entrance.
Our boxes are designed to keep your meals fresh for at least 36 hours.
So don’t worry—your meals will stay fresh even if they’ve been waiting until you get home.
Delivery rates are as follows:
Priority—before 5:00 p.m.: CHF 11.00
Express—before 9:00 a.m.: CHF 21.00
What should I do with my empty meal box?
Our packages include insulated packaging and ice packs.
If you wish, you can return the packages to us via Swiss Post—using the return label we include in the box you receive.
When you place an order, we automatically add an item to your cart. This is the return service, which is optional.
Here isthe item in question. The return fee is CHF 5.85.
You can remove the “Optional – Package Return” item if you do not wish to return the package to us and would rather recycle it yourself.
If you have the return label, simply drop off your package at a Swiss Post counter.
Whenever possible, we strive to reuse the shipping materials.
If you’d like to avoid having to go to a post office to return the package, you can request that the package be picked up from your home.
To do so, please follow the instructions from La Poste and the pick@home service.
Can I place an order from abroad for someone in Switzerland?
You can order meals or gift certificates from anywhere in the world—for example, as a gift—and have them delivered to a loved one in Switzerland.
To do this, simply select your contact’s delivery address in Switzerland.
In some cases, you’ll also need to select this address in Switzerland as your billing address.
Under “Order Notes” during checkout, you can add any relevant information.
