With this service, you can easily return your Weekly Food boxes to us, along with the insulated liners and ice packs used during delivery.

If they are in good condition, we reuse them for future shipments.

You can combine multiple items into a single shipment:

• several boxes
• several insulated walls
• several ice packs

All you have to do is:

• Gently fold the insulated panels
• fold or tape the boxes
• put everything into a single package

A single response can include multiple items, making the process simple and efficient.

How does the return process work?

We include a La Poste return label in your package.
Simply drop off the package at a post office counter or request a pickup.

The fee covers a portion of La Poste’s return shipping costs. We are also doing our part to give packaging a second life and thereby reduce the environmental impact of delivering prepared meals.

Deliveries made via La Poste are carbon-neutral.
